As the first summer school in epidemiology established in Europe the Florence course has been attended since 1988 by over two thousand students.
The EEPE is sponsored by the International Epidemiological Association, the WHO Centre for Environment and Health and the Italian Association of Epidemiology. Epidemiologists, public health professionals, statisticians as well as clinicians with an interest in epidemiology have appreciated the opportunity of combining an intensive learning of epidemiological subjects with the unique attraction for cultural and artistic enjoyment offered by Florence and Tuscany.
We gratefully acknowledge the continuous support and collaboration over the years of the Health Authorities and the Regional Health Agency of the Tuscany Region.
We are looking forward to welcome the participants to the 2013 EEPE courses.
